Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at the hotel which had a mixed experience. The room had some issues like a strange smell and a less desirable view, but the service was friendly and the location was very convenient. The dining options were a letdown, unfortunately.
This hotel had everything I needed and provided a mainly good atmosphere with excellent positive energy. The two beds next to each other instead of a large double were a small inconvenience.
The hotel is situated in the heart of Thessaloniki, making it perfect for exploring the city. The rooms, though spacious, had a limited number of sockets and an oversized hand basin that dominated the space. The hotel provided a comfortable stay with three identical beds, exceeding my expectations. The service was friendly and accommodating, though some improvements in plate removal speed were needed. The dining experience offered a good variety of dishes, especially the traditional desserts. Overall, a great location with friendly service and decent dining options.
The hotel is conveniently located close to key city sites at walking distance and only meters from the waterfront. Rooms are not soundproof, but the one without a balcony was clean and equipped with a TV, kettle, and fridge. The service was beyond exceptional, going as far as allowing us to keep our room until 4:00 PM on the departure day, making our whole stay comfortable. However, a strike near Aristotelous Square affected our arrival. The design was a nightmare, lacking warmth and atmosphere, but the location's advantages shine through.
The hotel offers good quality clean rooms at a 70 euro rate, which are comfortable but a little old. The service provided by the wonderful staff is exceptional with personalized attention to details. The location is convenient, being close to the center and just a short walk from Aristotelous Square. The dining experience, with a fair choice of elements, is satisfactory. Overall, a decent option for the price paid.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable with modern fittings and plenty of light, but unfortunately, the poor noise isolation made it extremely noisy for my family of three. On the bright side, the service was super friendly and helpful, especially in the Green Room during breakfast. The location was convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions, making it a great base for exploring. The dining options were not rich but still satisfactory. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
Having stayed at various hotels in Greece, I found this hotel to be a gem. The junior suite provided ample space compared to the usual small rooms. The rooms were not only fairly soundproof but also spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. However, there was only one spare bed in addition to the two normal beds.
